Delivery, Return, Refund and Replacement Policy

At Invisible Height, we are committed to providing you with an exceptional experience, from purchase to delivery of our products. Here are our policies regarding delivery, return, refund and replacement of our products:

Delivery :

- Delivery Time : We deliver your orders in 5-10 days, ensuring rapid and secure arrival of your products.
- Origin : All our products are shipped from Eastern Europe, more precisely from Albania, where they are manufactured with care and precision.

Return, Refund and Replacement Policy:

- Damaged or defective products : If you receive a misprinted, damaged or defective product, you may submit a claim within 90 days of receipt. We will replace or refund it at our expense.
- Loss in transit : If your package is lost in transit, you can submit a claim within 90 days of the estimated delivery date. We will replace or refund it at our expense.
- Wrong or unclaimed address : If you provide an incorrect address or do not claim your package, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
- Buyer's Remorse : We do not refund orders for buyer's remorse. If you wish to return or exchange a product, you will need to place a new order at your expense.
- Rejection by Customs : If your package is rejected by customs, we will not issue a refund. It is your responsibility to inform yourself of the import regulations for each country to which you sell your products, and for the recipient to pay any customs fees.
- Refund Request : If you request a refund, it will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few business days.
